OH&S Induction for Employees Training

The First Aid Training Company provides quality training for those seeking to obtain a Statement of Attainment in OH&S Induction for Employees.

This course is designed to help employers meet their OH&S training obligations under the OH&S Act.

This course will cover:

  1. The knowledge and skill to apply the principles of risk management
  2. The provisions of OHS, Workplace Injury Management and Workers Compensations Legislation
  3. The development of appropriate attitudes to enable employees to effectively participate in the prevention of workplace injuries and illnesses

 

Please note that this is NOT suitable for the Construction Industry and is not the WorkCover Construction Induction (Green Card) course.

  1. OH&S legislation in the workplace
  2. Risk management
  3. Workplace hazards
  4. Workplace emergencies

Duration:        4 hours

Qualifications:

Upon successful completion students will receive a Nationally Recognised Statement of Attainment in BSBCMN211A – Participate in Workplace Safety Procedures, from BSB01 Business Services Training Package

There are no prerequisites for this course and all students will receive an handbook.
